I am a licensed psychologist in NJ, am an EFT therapist and supervisor and have been in practice for 30 plus years. I love the work, with couples, families and individuals: helping people find their voice, their center and their internal strength as well as helping people find their way connecting with others. Couples work is particularly rich. I love the journey helping couples negotiate the minefields of intimacy in order to develop safe, secure and loving relationships. My work with individuals utilizes an emotionally focused and mindfulness approach.
