Excerpts from Training DVD #1 with Sue Johnson: Healing Broken Bonds

When:   Sunday, February 9, 2-4pm

Where:  The Center For Hope and Renewal

237 Taconic Rd, Greenwich, CT 06831

Cost:     $15 online/$20 at the door

Excerpts from various sessions with Mark and Prue illustrate the two major change events in Stage 2 of EFT, withdrawer re-engagement and pursuer softening. In Stage 2 of EFT, the focus shifts from the other person to one's vulnerable place of self for both the pursuer and the withdrawer. We will watch the process of Sue restructuring this couple's interaction and creating a new emotional bond between them. This process is precisely what sets EFT apart from other approaches to couple therapy.
