Session 5 Core Skills Advanced Training in EFT:


Have you completed Core Skills Advanced Training in EFT and need a refresher?  Feeling isolated in your learning and want another opportunity to immerse?  Come and join us for Session 5 of Core Skills Advanced Training.  In this training we will work on deepening your EFT skills, address some of the blocks that come up and self of the therapist issues, and answer questions about particular topics of interest.  Showing video segments of your work is encouraged.  Learning includes experiential exercises.
 


Required training: Completion of Basic EFT Externship and Core Skills Training.

Facilitators:


George Faller, LMFT


George is a retired Lieutenant of the NYC Fire Department, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York and Connecticut and an Approved Supervisor for AAMFT. He is the founder and director of the New York Center for EFT. As an EFT Trainer, George teaches several classes at Ackerman Institute for the Family and is the director of training at the Center for Hope and Renewal in Greenwich, CT. The experience George brings to the EFT community is vast, as he works as a marriage consultant and conference leader to the US Military, FDNY, Wall Street executives, and trains therapists across the U.S. and abroad. Specializing in trauma, EFFT, and self-of-the-therapist issues, George is committed to bringing EFT to underprivileged populations and pushing the leading edge of EFT.

Zoya Simakhodskaya, Ph.D. 

Zoya is a licensed psychologist and certified EFT therapist and supervisor. She has a full-time practice in Chelsea, NY with adults and couples, specializing in cross-cultural and bilingual population.  Zoya is one of the founding members, Vice President of the Board of Directors and Chair of Education Committee for NYCEFT.  In addition to her psychotherapy practice, Zoya has many years of experience providing crisis intervention in a psychiatric emergency service.  She continues to teach as a voluntary faculty at NYU School of Medicine, CUNY and Rutgers University.  Zoya presents and teaches nationally on EFT and now is bringing EFT training to therapists in Russia.  She loves helping therapists master EFT model and get through their learning blocks.
