Challenges of online EFT with couples: ways to work with emotions, stay focused, and make progress.
As the world entered a difficult and anxiety provoking time of COVAD-19 pandemic and "social distancing" and "quarantine", most EFT therapists now work online. We are quickly learning online platforms and managing technology while coping with our own worries and isolation. Not surprisingly, working with couples appears to be even more challenging. How do we manage couples who are getting angry and escalated on the screen in front of us? How do we decide when to heighten and when to contain? Can we really do Stage 2 work and deepen emotions online?
In this one hour free webinar, Zoya Simakhodskaya will moderate the discussion with Simona Herb, an EFT Trainer from Romania, and Irina Wen, an EFT Supervisor from New York, both of whom have a lot of experience conducting online EFT sessions. The webinar will be recorded.
