Stage 1 of EFT
When: Sunday, April 26, 2-4pm
Where: Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Northern Westchester - 236 S Bedford Rd, Mt Kisco, NY 10549
Cost: $15 online/$20 at the door
We will be viewing the first video Part 1 "Stage 1 of EFT" of a brand new set of two videos featuring Marlene Best and Sue Johnson! In this video you will see Sue Johnson conducting a live session with a couple in Stage I. Subtitles appear during the session that comment on interventions made by Sue as they occur, which will deepen our learning and spark greater discussion for participants. ”Stage 1 of EFT helps partners come together and contain the negative dance that constantly triggers their attachment vulnerabilities and leaves them in emotional starvation. They then have a secure base to stand and learn to engage at a deeper level in Stage 2, where they reach for each other and shape their relationship into a secure bond – a safe haven that supports and nourished both of them.”
